Let’s work to transform Baltimore - and the State of Maryland - into a global hub of industrialized offsite construction planning, design, fabrication, assembly and workforce development. It’s time for a holistic large-scale approach to address our region’s most pressing issues: limited affordable housing, vacant row houses, construction labor shortages, and a lack of employment opportunities for large swaths of our population. Let’s build an ecosystem in which the processes of production - as well as the products we make - serve to address our challenges. The process is the product.
