Refine (with a manufacturing partner) a modular product platform of interchangeable modules for scalable new infill, retrofit, and homeowner stabilization.
A product platform is a family of standard parts that fit together in many ways. BMOD’s goal is one platform that works across the region: for new homes on empty lots, for vacant rowhouses, and for homes where the owners already live.

BMOD does not provide architecture or engineering services itself. Design and engineering for projects is delivered by licensed partner firms.
