Christina D. Long, AIA, Founder and President of Baltimore Modular (BMOD), will join Angela D. Brooks, FAICP, Chief Housing and Urban Development Officer for the City of Philadelphia, at the 2026 National Modular Housing Conference, hosted by the Modular Home Builders Association.

Their session, “The Urban Modular Playbook,” will look at how cities are accelerating and unlocking modular construction for housing. The session is Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
