BMOD is actively connecting with officials at the City and State level to find ways to streamline scalable industrialized housing delivery through permitting, codes, and zoning.
We share what we learn in public: findings, workshop recordings and field notes in the BMOD Library.
We take Baltimore’s case to national audiences, including a session at the 2026 National Modular Housing Conference in November.
