Baltimore Modular conducted the second all-stakeholder workshop on February 19, 2026 as part of our EPA Region 3 Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program effort. We explored the barriers, incentives and opportunities for offsite construction in the Baltimore region. This includes a discussion led by MOD X followed by an industry response from Reframe Systems.
