As part of our EPA Region 3 Thriving Communities grant work, we held our third all-stakeholder workshop on March 19, 2026, to conceptualize a microfactory and industrialized housing delivery in Baltimore. During the session, Reframe Systems shared insights regarding their operations in Andover, MA and discussed the requirements for establishing a comparable microfactory here in Baltimore.
