Our visit to Module in Pittsburgh!

On Friday, March 20th, we joined Module for their “Mission-Driven Developer Program,” followed by a tour of several very nicely designed and built Module projects in Pittsburgh. Given that modular project delivery differs from traditional approaches, sessions such as this one empower mission-driven developers to provide more housing to their communities by 1) utilizing offsite construction and by 2) offering project delivery tools that increase the opportunity for success. It's wonderful that Module combines this important training as part of its activities. The day was topped off with a tour of their Last Mile Factory where we saw houses under construction for Project Homes in Richmond, VA.

It is so amazing to see what Brian Gaudio and the Module team have accomplished to increase the production of affordable housing!
